Chavan's UED: Universal Framework of Realization and Perception

This report introduces Chavan’s Universal Energy Dynamics (UED)—a foundational framework that redefines our understanding of reality through the principles of energy, perception, and realization. Rather than offering another competing theory, UED provides the pre-theoretical foundation beneath all valid scientific, philosophical, and psychological models.

It challenges and corrects contradictions in classical mechanics, general relativity, and quantum theory by grounding concepts like time, gravity, light, mass, and motion in energetic equilibrium and structured observation. It also bridges domains typically seen as disconnected—science, philosophy, technology, and psychology—into one coherent field of understanding.

The report presents:

· Core principles and laws derived from energetic behavior and observational dynamics

· A redefinition of time as perceived entropy change—not as a physical dimension

· Gravity as energy redistribution—not curvature or force

· Light as a wave of realization—not a traveling particle
